The 3 Step Process for Getting Custom Fit:

Choose a pre-tooled shape, ask for a custom shape, and/or ask for a recommendation
Choose custom topsheet design or choose one of our graphics
Fill out the Skier Profile

After submitting your Skier Profile you will be contacted by a designer within 48-72hrs to discuss your unique ski and needs. You will then have a chance to review the proposed ski design and ask any questions before purchasing. Thanks and have fun!

Note: The pre-tooled shapes are each designed with custom flex patterns, overall stiffness and camber/rocker profiles to uniquely fit you, they are not stock models.

Choose Tip Profile

Traditional Tip:

Our standard tip is designed to be a responsive tip in powder and variable conditions. It will react more to your input and provide strong turn initiation in all conditions.

Early Tapered Tip:

Check this option if you would like to discuss adding a tip profile that tapers sooner than our traditional tip. The amount of taper can vary depending on the design goals of your skis. Early-Tapered tips are a good choice if you want a tip that can plane, smear and be more neutral in its response to your input.

What type of skiing do you do? Alpine, Telemark, Mono-sitskiing,Touring...? Do you have any formal training? ( i.e. Moguls, Race, Freestyle, etc... ) Do you compete? In what events? Are you a ski instructor? What level? What is your home mountain and what runs do you ski there? Do you ski with a backpack and how much does it weigh? Have you had any injuries that effect your skiing? Please describe and tell us how they affect your skiing. What are the performance characteristics you would like from a ski? Where do plan on using this ski the most? What type of terrain? What ski do you currently ski? What do you like and dislike about that ski? Where did it perform well and where didn't it? Please include lengths and dimensions. What other skis have you ridden? What did you like and disliked about each of them? Do you have a favorite ski? Why? How would you describe the flexes of the skis you mentioned? What is the widest waist ski you have been on? Is there a waist width you are looking for? Have you ever tried a ski with rocker or early rise? Did you like it and would you like that incorporated into your design? Do you want the ski designed for switch skiing? When you ski are you focused on the mechanics of your turns (i.e. how you initiate and finish your turn)? Do you prefer shorter or longer radius turns? Do you like technical lines (trees, obstacles, steep) or more open lines? Or Both? What bindings do you use? Have you ever had issues with bindings pulling out of your skis? What boots do you currently use and what flex are they? Do you want to submit your own graphics or request different colors on one of our current graphics (artist series excluded)? Do you have any other questions or comments you would like to make? How did you hear about us?

Request Design Proposal

After submitting your skier profile you will be contacted by a designer within 48-72hrs with a detailed design proposal of your unique ski. You will then have a chance to review the proposed ski design and ask any questions before purchasing. A copy of your skier profile will also be sent to the e-mail you provided. Thanks and we look forward to custom building your unique ski.
